About this policy
Scrubbed Cleaning Co. (Scrubbed, we, or us) provides commercial cleaning services and online tools for authorized staff and customers. This policy explains how we handle information through scrubbed.cleaning, auth.scrubbed.cleaning, and our operations tools.
Information we collect
We receive the information you give us when you contact us or use our tools, such as your name, email address, phone number, property and service details, and messages. Authorized operations users may also submit shift records, service locations, and work photos. Our hosting and security systems process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, and request or error records.
Sign in with Google
If you choose Google sign-in, we request only your basic profile and identity information: your Google account identifier, name, email address and verification status, and profile picture if provided. We use this information to authenticate you and link you to your Scrubbed account. We do not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Google Calendar, or Google Contacts. Google sign-in does not by itself grant access to Scrubbed operations; access is managed by Scrubbed.
How we use and share information
We use information to respond to inquiries, arrange and deliver services, manage accounts and permissions, record work, and protect our systems. Information is available to authorized Scrubbed personnel as needed for their work and to service providers supporting hosting, storage, authentication, security, and communications, including Cloudflare and Google. We may also disclose information when required by law or to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims. We do not sell Google user data or use it for targeted advertising. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Cookies and security
Our account tools use cookies to keep you signed in and protect authentication flows. Blocking these cookies may prevent sign-in from working. We use access controls and other technical safeguards to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and your choices
We keep information for as long as needed to operate accounts, provide services, maintain business records, meet legal obligations, and address security or disputes. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information or account. We may need to verify your identity and retain information required for legal, security, or recordkeeping purposes. You may also revoke Scrubbed access through your Google Account connections settings; revoking Google access does not automatically delete records already held by Scrubbed.
