Using Scrubbed
These terms cover the Scrubbed Cleaning Co. website and online account and operations tools. By using these tools, you agree to use them lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the tools. For questions, contact brett@scrubbed.cleaning.
Cleaning services
The website describes our services and lets you contact us. Sending an inquiry does not create a booking or service contract. Cleaning scope, scheduling, pricing, payment, cancellations, and any service-specific obligations are agreed separately. A separate written service agreement controls those matters if it differs from these website terms.
Accounts and authorized access
Use only accounts and information you are authorized to access. Keep your sign-in credentials secure, provide accurate information, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. Google sign-in authenticates your identity; Scrubbed separately determines your access to its tools. We may restrict or suspend access to protect our systems, address misuse, or reflect changes in your authorization.
Acceptable use and submitted information
Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, or access another person's account without permission. Submit only information and photos you are authorized to share for Scrubbed work. Avoid including unnecessary personal or confidential information. You retain your rights in information you submit and allow Scrubbed to process it as needed to operate the tools and provide services.
Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. Google sign-in and other third-party services are also governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Do not use the tools to collect information about others without appropriate authorization.
Availability and changes
We may update or maintain the website and tools, and they may occasionally be unavailable. Website information may change and is not a guarantee of availability, pricing, or a particular service outcome. Nothing in these terms limits rights or obligations that cannot be limited under applicable law. We may update these terms and will show the updated date on this page.
